Easter Brunch Punch

  • Ice
  • 2 Cups Orange Juice
  • 2L Sprite
  • 1 Cup Fresh Mint Leaves (plus more for garnish!)
  • 2 Cups Pineapple Juice
  • 1 Bottle Prosecco
  • 2 Cups Raspberries
  • Sanding Sugars for glass rims (optional)
  • 2 Cups Strawberries, sliced
  • 2 Cups Vodka



1. In a large punch bowl, add ice, Sprite, orange juice, pineapple juice, vodka, Prosecco, strawberries, raspberries and mint leaves. 

2. Stir to combine. 

3. Run a sliced strawberry around the rims of the serving glasses then dip the rims into sanding sugar. Then pop some of the remaining fresh strawberries onto the rims too 

4. Ladle punch into glasses and garnish with more mint to serve
