The Cuba Libre cocktail was invented in the 1900′s in Havana, Cuba during the Spanish-American War. 

This is a classic cocktail that combines rum, coke and lime, which is perfect for parties as it is cheap and easy to make! 

Ingredients to make 1 glass: 

• 2 measures of rum
• Freshly squeezed lime 
• Fizzy cola to top up

Method: 

Pour the ingredients into an ice-filled glass, stir and serve a lime wedge.
