Strawberry Shortcake Mimosa

Ingredients:

• 5 Strawberries
• 1 Cup Prosecco
• 1/4 Cup Strawberry Ice Cream
• 4 oz Vanilla Vodka
• 1/2 Cup Crushed Wafers
• Whipped Cream

Method:

Directions:

1. Run a sliced strawberry around the rim of your serving glasses (ideally champagne flutes!) and then dip each rim in wafer crumbs 

2. Then drop 1 tablespoon of strawberry ice cream into each g;ass, and add 1 ounce of Vodka and ¼ cup Prosecco 

3. Top with whipped cream, a sprinkle of crushed wafer crumbs and a strawberry for garnish 

4. Serve and enjoy!
