Zesty Corn on the Cob

  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 4 corn on the cobs


  1. Preheat your oven to 220C / 200C fan / gas mark 7.
  2. Mix together the cumin, paprika, chilli, salt, garlic, olive oil and lime juice in a large bowl.
  3. Add the corn on the cobs and stir to coat thoroughly
  4. Place the corn on the cobs on a large non-stick baking tray, ensuring they are well spread out and in a single layer.
  5. Roast in the oven for 15-20minutes.
