A light and delicious mousse you simply have to try at home!

Ingredients (Serves 6):

  • 200g Lotus Biscoff Smooth
  • 3 egg whites
  • 200ml whipping cream
  • 50g Lotus Biscoff Biscuits

Method:

  1. Heat the Biscoff Smooth for 30 seconds in the microwave until it has melted, then leave to cool.
  2. Beat the egg whites and whip the cream. Fold the egg whites into the Biscoff Smooth, then fold in the whipped cream, using a spatula.
  3. Divide the mousse among 6 glass dishes and put in the refrigerator to become firm.
  4. Crumble the Lotus Biscoff biscuits and scatter over the mousse just before serving.
