"What Moves You?"

It's time to dig out that exercise gear and do your bit for charity - Sport Relief 2018 is upon us!

But what is Sport Relief all about? Well it’s simple! It’s a time for the British public to come together to get active, raise money and change the lives of vulnerable people across the UK and the world for the better.

Getting started

Sport Relief have a fantastic app – download this to your phone for everything you need to get going and be inspired. For example, why not get yourself involved with the “Nation’s Billion Steps Challenge”? A walk to your local Costcutter will boost that step count!

Join in anywhere!

Sport Relief not only aims to raise money for charity – it’s also a chance to get our nation fitter and healthier. So, whether you get involved at school, work or in your community, make sure you’re taking part in the activities!

You could put on a “Sponsored Mile” and get your whole office involved, or even set a simple “Daily Challenge” for you and your friends to take part in to keep it fresh!

Regular gym-goers can set up an “Endurance Challenge” and get sponsored to cycle as many miles as possible on a spin bike?

And if you go down the route of a good old fundraising bake sale, our local stores are always well-stocked with ingredients for you to get creative! Check out our recipes for inspiration!

Set up a fundraising page

You’ll need a way to keep track of your fundraising efforts, so why not create a Sport Relief Giving Page? They’re so easy to set up, plus they’re shareable on social media which is a great way to boost your funds!

Whatever way you choose to get involved, make sure you have loads of fun whilst taking part in this fantastic national campaign!
