We all know what being a vegetarian means, but making a lifetime promise to ban all meat from your diet can seem pretty daunting, right? Well here is your perfect chance to give it a trial run if you're intruigued, since it's National Vegetarian Week from 14th - 20th May! 

The UK has seen a dramatic rise in the amount of people turning towards more plant – based diets, especially our ‘millennials’ who share their new way of living with millions of followers of social media. This growing trend is a driving force behind many of our convenience stores, supermarkets and restaurants having a larger vegetarian offering.

WHY VEGGIE?

So why go veggie? Well, there are so many benefits of becoming a vegetarian…

START OFF EASY

Start off with a dish that you already probably love – chilli. Try our vegetable chilli, it is so versatile and can be enjoyed in many different ways.
