Veggie halloumi kebabs


  • 1 block of halloumi – cut into chunks
  • 2 courgettes – cut into slices
  • 2 red peppers – cut into chunks
  • 4 portobello mushrooms quartered or 16 button mushrooms
  • 3 tbsp of olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves crushed
  • 1 tsp of chilli flakes
  • 3 sprigs of rosemary (or 1 tbsp dried)  


Step 1. To start off create your flavoured oil which will glaze your kebabs. Mix together your olive oil, garlic, chilli flakes and rosemary
Step 2. Now start to build your kebabs with the chopped veg and halloumi
Step 3. Brush your made-up kebabs with the flavoured oil
Step 4. Add your kebabs to a pre-heated BBQ and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until everything is nice charred!
Step 5. Now they are ready to serve with any sides of your choice
