Step 1. The first thing to make for this is the sticky cider onions! Add your sliced onions to a pan along with your butter and olive oil. Fry these off for 25 minutes until caramelised
Step 2. Then add your 100ml of cider and simmer the onions until it’s reduced. Once it has stir through your sugar
Step 3. Then heat up your BBQ and cook your sausages as you usually would! Add your brioche buns onto the grill for the last couple of minutes to heat them through and char slightly
Step 4. Once cooked it’s time to assemble your hotdog. Grab a bun and lay some of those sticky onions on the bottom. Top with your sausage and then squeeze on some mustard. Voila!
