Fruity and full of flavour, try this Paloma recipe to add some sweetness to your weekend.
- 50ml El Jimador tequila
- 10ml Agave syrup
- 10ml lime juice
- 60ml pink grapefruit juice
- Soda water
For the garnish
- Sea salt
- Pink grapefruit wedge
- Sprinkle a spoonful of salt onto a plate/saucer. Dip the rim of a highball glass into a bowl of water and shake off the excess, then dip the glass into the salt to coat the rim.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, tequila, lime juice, pink grapefruit juice and agave syrup. Shake until the outside of the shaker feels cold, then strain into your prepared glass. Add a few ice cubes and top with soda water.
- Garnish with a wedge of pink grapefruit and enjoy in the sunshine.
