- 112g butter, melted
- 50g brown sugar
- 50g granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
- 189g all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp. baking soda
- ½ tsp. rock salt
- 120g chocolate chips
- 38.3g chopped walnuts
- In a bowl, mix together the melted butter and both sugars. Add the egg and vanilla then mix until combined. Add in the flour, baking soda and salt and stir in, until combined.
- Place a small piece of parchment in the basket of your air fryer, making sure there is still room around the edge to allow airflow.
- Working in batches, use a large cookie scoop or spoon and scoop some cookie dough onto the parchment (about 3 tablespoons) - leave 2 inches between each cookie, and press to flatten slightly.
- Bake in the air fryer at 170C for 8 minutes. Cookies will be golden and slightly soft. Let them cool for 5 minutes before serving or enjoy hot with a scoop of ice cream.
