Air Fryer Cookies

Whether you’re baking to share or just to satisfy your sweet tooth, this ‘Air Fryer Cookies’ recipe is the tastiest solution - did we mention they’re also super easy.


  • 112g butter, melted
  • 50g brown sugar
  • 50g granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
  • 189g all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp. baking soda
  • ½ tsp. rock salt
  • 120g chocolate chips
  • 38.3g chopped walnuts


  1. In a bowl, mix together the melted butter and both sugars. Add the egg and vanilla then mix until combined. Add in the flour, baking soda and salt and stir in, until combined.
  2. Place a small piece of parchment in the basket of your air fryer, making sure there is still room around the edge to allow airflow.  
  3. Working in batches, use a large cookie scoop or spoon and scoop some cookie dough onto the parchment (about 3 tablespoons) - leave 2 inches between each cookie, and press to flatten slightly.
  4. Bake in the air fryer at 170C for 8 minutes. Cookies will be golden and slightly soft. Let them cool for 5 minutes before serving or enjoy hot with a scoop of ice cream.
