A deliciously moreish dip that's sure to keep your guests snacking!
Ingredients (Serves 6, ready in 5 minutes):
- 3 medium Avocados
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Sea salt
- 1/2 tsp Chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp Cumin
- Cut the avocados in half and remove the stones. Scoop the flesh into a bowl.
- Gently mash with a fork, then add the lemon juice, chilli powder and cumin.
- Mix well and serve with chips for dipping.
Chef's Tip! Avocados will start to lose their bright green colour quickly, so make this right before serving!
