Independent Pitta Bread Pizzas

  • 50g Independent Grated Mozzarella
  • 1, sliced thin Independent Green Pepper
  • 1, sliced thin Independent Onion
  • 1 packet Independent Pepperoni
  • 4 Independent Pitta Bread
  • 4 tbsp Independent Tomato & Herb Sauce



  1. Heat the grill, spread each pitta with 1 tbsp of tomato sauce.

  2. Sprinkle over the sliced onion and green pepper.

  3. Divide the pepperoni between the pittas, sprinkle over the cheese and grill until golden and bubbling.

  4. Serve immediately.
