  • 2 tortilla wraps
  • 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 skinned chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
  • 1 red pepper, deseeded and thinly sliced
  • Caribbean Sauce
  • Mixed Salad (optional)


1. Warm the wraps in the microwave according to the packet instructions (usually 2 minutes or so is fine)

2. Heat the vegetable oil in the frying pan and fry the chicken pieces for 5 minutes or so, stirring often, until they are cooked through. Then, add in the pepper to the frying pan and fry for a few minutes until softened.

3. Put the wraps on a chopping board and place the chicken and red pepper strips in the middle of each one. Drizzle over some Caribeaan Sauce. Roll up the wraps and cut in half on the diagonal, ready to serve!

OPTIONAL: for extra crunch, why not add in some fresh mixed salad to your wrap?
