A classic combination, this topping goes fantastically with some thick double cream of a dollop of ice cream on your pancakes. 


  • 4 Apples, cored, peeled and chopped into chunks
  • 1tbsp Sugar
  • 1tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1-2 knobs Butter


Put all of the ingredients into a pan and cook over a medium heat until the apples start to caramelise and soften then pour over your pancakes.
