1. Grate the cheddar cheese into a bowl
2. Slice the hot cross buns into halves
3. Pop your bun halves in the toaster until very lightly toasted
4. Carefully remove from the toaster and pile up the hot cross buns with the grated cheese
5. Put under the grill until the cheese is melted (keep your eye on them to make sure they don’t burn!)
6. Serve with a green side salad and some pickle or chutney of your choice!
