Hot Cross Bun Bacon Butty

  • 1 Hot Cross Bun
  • 3 Rashers of Bacon
  • Butter (to serve)



1. Slice the hot cross bun into two halves 

2. Fry 3 rashers of bacon until crispy (or until you’re happy with the texture and it’s cooked through!) 

3. Pop the Hot Cross Bun halves into the toaster 

4. Once toasted, spread them with butter 

5. Stack the fried bacon on to the bottom half of the bun 

6. Top with the other half of the bun and squish down to make your Hot Cross Bun Bacon Butty!
