Homemade Pizza with Sunny-Side Up Egg

  • Ready-Made Pizza Dough
  • Pizza Topping Sauce (of your choice! e,g. tomato paste)
  • Handful of Baby Spinach (ready to eat)
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Mozzarella Balls torn into pieces (as many as you like!)
  • 1 Large Egg



1. Pre-heat oven to 200C 

2. Roll out the ready-made dough  

3. Top the dough with tomato sauce 

4. Add the baby spinach on top of the pizza 

5. Grate over the parmesan and add the torn mozzarella in random areas 

6. Pop into the oven for 5 minutes on an oven-proof tray (or ideally a pizza tray!) 

7. Carefully remove from oven and gently nudge the toppings away from centre of the pizza  

8. Crack the egg into the space you have created in the centre 

9. Return the pizza to oven for about 6-7 minutes for a deliciously runny yolk!
