A fresh and fruity low-cost dessert that's sure to impress!

Ingredients (Serves 4):

  • 1 ltr Mango and Passionfruit Smoothie
  • 1 Mango, peeled, stoned and sliced thin
  • 4 Passionfruits, halved


  1. Pour the smoothie into an old ice cream tub and leave in the freezer overnight. Remove and allow to soften for 20 minutes.
  2. Scoop the frozen smoothie into balls using an ice cream scoop, then serve with sliced mango and scattered with passionfruit seeds.

Chef's Tip! If you want to be extra fancy you can serve in the halved passionfruit skins - even better there's less to wash up!
