Sharwoods Sweet and Sour Chicken

Sharwood's Sweet & Sour Chicken Stir Fry


  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 chicken breasts, sliced into 1 cm strips
  • 2 green pepper, deseeded and diced
  • 200g pineapple, diced (either fresh or canned)
  • 425g jar Sharwood's Sweet & Sour Sauce
  • 4 nests of Sharwood’s Noodles (2/3 of a 340g pack)


Step 1. Heat a large frying pan or wok with the vegetable oil

Step 2. Add the sliced chicken and stir-fry for 5 minutes on a high heat

Step 3. Meanwhile, plunge the noodles into a large pan of boiling water & simmer for 4 minutes

Step 4. Add the peppers & pineapple to the chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes

Step 5. Drain the noodles

Step 6. Pour the jar of sweet and sour sauce over the chicken, bring to a simmer and ensure the chicken is fully cooked

Step 7. Serve the noodles with the chicken
