Step 1. Heat a large frying pan or wok with the vegetable oil
Step 2. Add the sliced chicken and stir-fry for 5 minutes on a high heat
Step 3. Meanwhile, plunge the noodles into a large pan of boiling water & simmer for 4 minutes
Step 4. Add the peppers & pineapple to the chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes
Step 5. Drain the noodles
Step 6. Pour the jar of sweet and sour sauce over the chicken, bring to a simmer and ensure the chicken is fully cooked
Step 7. Serve the noodles with the chicken
