Quinoa Breakfast Bars

  • 136g Whole Wheat Flour
  • 128g Cooked Quinoa
  • 1 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 76g Chocolate Chips (optional)
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 Eggs
  • 170g Honey
  • 152g Mashed Banana
  • 43g Nuts (chopped)
  • 170g Oats
  • 152g Peanut Butter
  • 220g Raisins
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla



1. Combine the quinoa, mashed banana, vanilla, eggs, peanut butter and honey in a small bowl and mix well. 

2. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until just mixed. 

3. Spoon into a greased 9x13 pan and bake at 190C for 20 min or until golden brown. 

4. Let cool and cut into bars.

5. Store in the refrigerator.
