Big Boost Smoothie

  • 1/4 Ripe Avocado (seeded, peeled and diced)
  • 1 Tbsp Minced Ginger
  • Pinch of Cayenne Pepper (to taste)
  • 113g Frozen Mango Cubes
  • 8 Ice Cubes
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 76g Plain, 0% Fat Yoghurt
  • 236g Water



1. Combine all ingredients in blender and puree until smooth. 

2. Serve immediately!
