Loaded Chicken Sausage Hotdog


  • 6 Richmond chicken sausages
  • 6 brioche hot dog rolls
  • 1 sweet onion diced
  • Chopped bacon
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Ketchup
  • Mustard
  • Relish
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp Honey


1.Heat a pan or skillets over a low heat and then add a tablespoon of olive oil.

2. Add diced onions with a pinch of salt and stir. Cover and cook for about 15mins stirring occasionally to ovoid burning the onions.

3. Remove cover and honey, tossing to cover the ingredients and cook for a further 15mins.

4. Next up in a separate pan add the chopped mushrooms and bacon giving it a good mix to coat. Again cover and cook for a further 15-20 stirring once or twice. Add garlic and cook for 5 minutes more.
