Savoury Croissants


    8 rasher of bacon

    4 croissants

    1 tin of beans

    Few dashes of Worcestershire sauce

    Few dashes of hot sauce

    4 eggs

    Vegetable oil for frying


Step1. Heat up your grill and cook your bacon until nice and crisp

Step 2. Cut your croissants in half and put the bottom half on a baking tray

Step 3. Then start adding your toppings – pop on bacon, beans and cheese onto each and then put some Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce on (as much or as little as you’d like!)

Step 4. Put the tops of the croissants on and bake them for 10-15 minutes

Step 5. Whilst baking, cook your eggs in some oil

Step 6. Once the croissants are crisp, melting and bubbling add your egg inside each one and replace the tops then serve!
