Crispy Roast Potatoes


    1kg of potatoes

    100ml of olive oil (or 100g of goose fat)

    2 tsp of flour



Step1. Peel & chop your potatoes into your preferred size

Step2. Pre-heat your oven to 200 degrees – whilst oven is hot, add your oil to a roasting dish and place in the oven so it gets very hot.

Step4. Par-boil your potatoes so they are simmering vigorously for 2 minutes

Step5. Drain the potatoes and shake around in the colander to fluff up the outsides

Step6. Sprinkle on your flour so that the potatoes are evenly coated

Step7. Add your potatoes to the hot oil (be careful when added them to the dish)
