Sticky Pigs in Blankets

  • 225g Independent Streaky Bacon
  • 450g Sausage Meat
  • 250ml Colman's Apple Sauce
  • 6 fresh sage leaves, chopped


  1. Pre-heat the oven to 190C, 180C fan, Gas mark 6.
  2. Take the sausage meat and add to a bowl with the Colman's Apple Sauce, chop and add the sage leaves with a pinch of salt and pepper if desired. Roll into small individual balls and tightly wrap with a strip of bacon.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
