Alpro Oat Pancakes

Serves2-3 Prepare5 Mins Cooks5 Mins


  • 60g plain flour
  • 1 tbsp caster sugar
  • 1½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 180ml Alpro Oat Drink
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • A little extra oil for cooking
  • Topping: Warm fruit compote or whatever you fancy!
  • 45g rolled oats



Pop all the ingredients into a blender or food processor and whizz until you have a nice, smooth, batter.


Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over a medium heat.


Pour about 2 tablespoons of  batter into the pan and cook for 1-2 mins, until the base sets and bubbles appear all over the top. Flip and cook the other side for a minute. Repeat in batches


Serve hot with a warm fruit compote and maybe a dollop of Alpro No Sugars Alternative to yogurt. Oat-so-tasty!
