Costcutter's Support Centre is based in Dunnington near York and offers a pleasant and enjoyable working environment.

Working in our stores
Costcutter is predominantly a franchise organisation, therefore each Costcutter store handles its own recruitment of staff at a local level. If you are keen to work in one of the Costcutter stores across the UK, please contact your local store directly for information on their current vacancies.

Marketing Executive
Digital & PR Executive
Marketing Executive
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Marketing Executive. This pivotal role is based within head office working alongside the Retail Marketing Manager and the rest of the marketing team to deliver the marketing strategy for the business.
Duties and Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Supporting the marketing team with the coordination and implementation of the marketing strategy for consumer and retailer facing communications. This process will include the responsibility of proofing and quality control
- Act as brand guardian internally and externally ensuring all consumer and retailer facing materials comply with the companies brand guidelines and contribute toward overall ambition of delivering ‘World Class Service’
- Work with the company’s external agencies and provide verbal and/or written briefs where appropriate
- Management of consumer facing competitions both on and off line where appropriate
- The management of special projects issued by the Retail Marketing Manager and Senior Management team
- Build and manage effective relationships with both internal and external customers
- Management of special projects issued by the Retail Marketing Manager and the senior management team
- Responsible for ensuring all work produced by the marketing department is produced accurately, on time, on budget and is brand compliant
Skills required:

Digital and PR Executive
The new role of Digital and PR Executive has been created to undertake the day to day management of Costcutter’s digital communications. This role will report into the PR and Communications Manager and will be based within head office.
Duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Day to day management of Costcutter.com, myCostcutter and Kwik Save consumer websites, ensuring all content is in line with brand messages, accurate and engaging for target audiences.
- Production of promotional newsletters including key promotional offers, competitions and customer information.
- Management of Facebook and Twitter accounts for Costcutter, myCostcutter and Kwik Save.
- Writing and managing blogs linked to each website.
- Day to day ownership of Costcutter's retailer website.
- Providing support to the PR & Communications Manager across a variety of on and offline campaigns, both trade and consumer focused.
- Liaising with journalists on a regional, trade and national level.
- Attending key events and supporting the PR function.
Skills required:
- Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
- Experience on social media campaigns and available platforms
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent writing skills
- Ability to demonstrate understanding of the company’s objectives and vision
